Services and conditions
Some rates are indicated twice because they depend on the type of room.
Long stay (from the 11th day onwards): minus 10 %.
Check in: from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Check out: no later than 11:00 a.m.
In case of late check-out, please contact us for availability.
At the time of booking we require a deposit of 20% of the total amount, that can be sent by bank transfer or postal order.

The balance, upon arrival and delivery of the keys, is intended exclusively in cash.
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made at least 10 days before check-in.
The parking space is outside the facility. The customer is given a pass for both transit and parking, being a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone).
Pets are not allowed.
The following services are included in the price:
- Overnight stay
- Breakfast
- Daily cleaning of the rooms that will take place from about 10:30 a.m.
- Bed linen change every 3 days
- Towels change
- Use of air conditioning
- Use of Wi-Fi
It is not possible to smoke in the rooms and in the common indoor areas, but only outside the facility.
